At the Gurpreet Sidhu Yoga Centra the belief is that, in order for man to be in harmony with himself and his environment, he needed to integrate the body, mind and spirit. To find harmony, emotion, action and intelligence must be in balance. This is achieved through the three main structures of Yoga; exercise, breathing and meditation. Gurpreet grew up in India where spirituality and Yoga are a part of her culture and a way of life. As a qualified Yoga Instructor she is inspired to share with you the practice and philosophy of Yoga in a simple, joyful, self-renewing way.
